I have done it...I have eaten kangaroo. On Monday, it was my department's strategy conference (yes it was very dull at times) and it ended with dinner on the Sydney Showboat http://www.sydneyshowboats.com.au/ I had Thai Kangaroo Salad to start - it was really tasty - just like beef! The rest of the evening was good fun, including when I pretended it was my birthday and got a free glass of champagne - as egged on by my director - she thought we would get a free bottle of champagne! |
