I am getting very confused watching the Olympics as the Aussies insist on giving their teams names - Olyroos (normally the socceroos), Matildas (women's football), Opals (basketball, I think), Sharks (Water Polo, obviously), hockeyroos, kookaburras (women's hockey). I think there are more so will update the list as I go.

And, by the way, how odd to be watching the opening ceremony to realise that we were listening to a pipe band playing Scotland the Brave - quite disconcerting
